MEDC's Talent Action Team (TAT) works with Michigan businesses looking to fill specific roles while expanding in the EV, mobility and semiconductor industries. TAT also works hand-in-hand with the state's educational institutions and regional, dedicated workforce development boards to deliver the talent businesses need to succeed.

The 145,000 square-foot training center is home to state-of-the-art classrooms, training areas and some of the most advanced methods and tools in the industry.
