MEDC and our robust network of partners have formed the Talent Action Team, which serves as a concierge service matching job seekers to hiring businesses or training opportunities throughout the state.

The Talent Action Team is focused on partnering with businesses in key industries that have a demand for talent and is working to develop, retain and attract a pipeline of talent needed in the state for years to come.

How Can I Get Involved with the Talent Action Team?

Currently the Talent Action team is focused in the EV and mobility industry as well as the semiconductor industry. The program plans to grow into more industries later this year.
