Health Numeric, a cloud-based system, helps provide at-home health monitoring services and devices that make it easier for family members to care for their loved ones. Nevin Brittain, founder and CEO, created 5 goals for Health Numeric: make it easier to transition from hospital to home care, implement a home care action plan, engage and empower patients, keep caregivers in the loop, and improve outcomes and quality of care.
