Michigan.org Website Development, Hosting and Maintenance
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is for the Michigan Strategic Fund (“MSF”) to secure a vendor for website development, maintenance and hosting of michigan.org with a proven record of creating custom web solutions for the travel industry and extensive knowledge of the Michigan tourism product. The selected vendor will develop a new, cutting-edge website to inspire travelers to visit Michigan, with a requirement to prioritize accessibility and elevate functionality above ADA compliance. The vendor should also excel with search engine optimization and emerging generative engine optimization best practices, utilizing the latest developments in technology while providing a best-in-class visitor experience in functionality and user experience.
Public Spaces Community Places Program Administration
MSF is seeking a contractor to provide administrative services for the Public Spaces Community Places (PSCP) program. PSCP is a grant match program that utilizes donation-based crowdfunding to generate public interest and funding to revitalize or create public spaces. Placemaking projects are aided by PSCP which assists the fundraising efforts of patrons through a crowdfunding campaign on a crowdfunding platform provided by the PSCP Contractor.
Pure Michigan Campaign Effectiveness Research
The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain quotations from research firms to study the effectiveness of the regional and national Pure Michigan tourism campaign. This analysis should be able to provide overall ROI, paid media-attributed ROI, as well as campaign effectiveness indicators. The report should also provide strategic marketing insights to guide the campaign’s targeting, branding, and communication efforts. The research partner will work closely with the agency partners of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) to identify and develop campaign effectiveness indicators and goals. Small Business Request for Information
MEDC seeks expert industry guidance through this Request for Information (RFI) for programs, services, and/or investment strategies that foster resilience and growth acceleration for Michigan small businesses. This RFI is not a solicitation for funding or a commitment to issue a future solicitation. It is strictly for informational and planning purposes. Please only submit information related to your area(s) of expertise, in the interest of driving world class resources and support to Michigan small businesses.
Tourism Industry Economic Impact Analysis
The purpose of this RFQ is to obtain quotations from research firms to study the economic impact of the tourism industry in Michigan. This analysis should be able to provide key economic impact metrics, such as employment, business sales, GDP, and personal income, for the tourism industry in Michigan, as well as tax impacts. Economic impacts should also be summarized for Michigan’s counties and Prosperity Regions. Additional details are discussed under Scope of Work in the attached document.
