Building Access Control System

The MEDC is currently looking to have the building access control system updated, which is approximately 25 years old. This includes all hardware and software.

 

Additional Information

The following is an overview of the work needed:

  • Replace card access software and card readers
  • Software must be able to run on a virtual machine
  • 19 Readers need replacement
  • Adding 2 more access points
  • Removal of all unnecessary cables
  • Transfer over all current profiles and program the system as needed for approximately 350 people.
  • If possible, software that we can patch on our own without needing a third party
  • Bidders will be required to attend a walk through, and be supplied with building layout prints at that time
