CURRENT FOCUS

As the Senior Vice President of Culture & Collaborative Operations, Natalie is responsible for the overseeing the development and execution of organizational strategy and is accountable for implementing the organization’s cultural values. Areas of focus under her direction include Corporate Projects, Customer Experience, Research and Internal Communications.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Natalie has spent the last decade at MEDC, most recently serving on the executive leadership team as Senior Vice President of Small Business Solutions. Her experience at MEDC includes leading a broad range of strategic initiatives including the Industry 4.0 Signature Initiative, International Trade and Pure Michigan Business Connect programs. She is a highly collaborative and results-oriented leader, adept at building engaged teams and impactful economic development programming. Prior to joining MEDC, Natalie was the Assistant Economic Developer at Saginaw Future Inc., supporting local business and community economic development projects.

EDUCATION/PERSONAL

Natalie holds a degree in International Business from Saginaw Valley State University and is accredited as a NASBITE Certified Global Business Professional. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center and is the President of the State International Development Organizations (SIDO).
