Customer Feedback Management Product
MEDC is soliciting quotes for a customer feedback management solution. The product must collect, store, visualize, and analyze customer feedback surveys and other relevant customer data.
Additional Information:
Quotes must demonstrate an ability to fulfill functions currently executed with existing SaaS solution:
- Design digital questionnaires to collect feedback, including advanced functionality (e.g. question "skip" logic, randomization, look/feel customization) and complex question types (e.g. NPS, Rank Order, MaxDif, Image Upload)
- Distribute survey links and invitation messages to customers
- Visualize and analyze survey results utilizing both descriptive (mean, median, etc.) and inferential statistics (correlation, key driver analysis)
- Integrate with Salesforce to send surveys based on record modifications (e.g. Opportunity or Case stage change) and to send survey records with feedback into Salesforce
- Contact frequency rules exist to prevent survey fatigue
- Preference will be given to products/vendors demonstrating responsive and quality customer service/support. Include with your quote relevant contracting details that may influence decision making including onboarding resources available, privacy statements, and/or preferred agreement language.
