MEDC Rising Tide Communities Fellowship Program RFP

RFP Release: Wednesday, May 23, 2018

The purpose of this RFP is to seek a contractor to develop and administer a fellowship program to build capacity in communities participating in Round 2 of Project Rising Tide. The purpose of this initiative is to assist distressed communities with building a strong planning, zoning and economic development foundation and to build capacity in the communities.

The RFP is designed to provide potential bidders with sufficient information to submit a proposal that meets the MEDC’s minimum requirements, but the minimum requirements contained in this RFP are not intended to limit the proposal’s content or exclude any information the bidder feels is relevant or essential to their proposal.

Timeline:

  • May 23, 2018 - RFP Release
  • May 29, 2018 - Applicant questions due via email
  • June 4, 2018 - Q & A posted to MEDC website
  • June 20, 2018 - Electronic proposal submission deadline
