MI Future Mobility 2.0

The MEDC is seeking proposals from one or more bidders to refine the MI Future Mobility Plan by building and executing a long-term strategy that will catalyze stakeholder engagement across the state and substantial progress toward the refined goals.

 

The MI Future Mobility Plan was initially announced in September 2022. OFME worked with LEO, MEDC, MDOT, EGLE, MPSC, and DTMB to create the three (3) pillars and eleven (11) goals outlined in the plan. OFME created and launched an online dashboard to showcase the state’s collective progress toward these eleven goals.

Timeline

• April 12, 2024 – RFP release
• April 29, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. – Questions from potential bidders are due via email to contractsandgrants@michigan.org. Please note: The MEDC will not respond to questions that are not received by the above date and time. In addition, questions that are phoned, faxed or sent through regular mail will not be accepted.
• May 6, 2024, by close of business – Responses to all qualifying questions will be posted on this webpage.
• May 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.: – Electronic versions sent separately of each of your Technical Proposal and Price Proposal due to the MEDC via email to contractsandgrants@michigan.org. Proposals will not be accepted via U.S. Mail or any other delivery method.
