MEDC Offers Tribal Economic Forum in Battle Creek

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) is hosting the fourth annual Tribal Economic Forum on May 7-8 in Battle Creek.

LANSING, Mich. – The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) is hosting the fourth annual Tribal Economic Forum on May 7-8 in Battle Creek.

The forum is scheduled to take place at Fire Keepers Casino and Hotel located in Battle Creek, Mich.

Speakers will address a variety of topics including tribal economic development strategies, contracting, grant strategy development, and more. Additionally the exchange of ideas and best practices in the area of tribal economic development will be encouraged among those attending this event.

The event is open to the public and intended to present resources, programs and services directly related to tribal economic development in non-gaming business enterprises.
