Pre-Registering for Virtual Public Comment
Virtual Commentors must pre-register using the form below at least three (3) hours before the scheduled MSF Board meeting. Once the Virtual Public Comment Period begins, the meeting moderator will recognize each person who pre-registered as a Virtual Commentor to offer public comment by calling the name and the last four digits of the phone number used to pre-register. Once your name or the last four digits of your phone number have been called, you must use the “Raise Hand” function, and the meeting moderator will prompt you to unmute your microphone. A person pre-registered as a Virtual Commentor who is not online when called on by the meeting moderator will not be provided with another opportunity to make a virtual public comment during Virtual Public Comment Period.
Persons who do not pre-register for Virtual Public Comment in accordance with the MSF Public Comment Policy are not eligible to make a public comment as a Virtual Commentor. Pre-registrations received after this deadline will not be permitted to speak during the Virtual Public Comment Period at the impending MSF Board meeting, but will be added as a pre-registered Virtual Commentor at the next scheduled MSF Board meeting.
As a reminder, those wishing to speak during the in-person public comment period of the agenda are not required to pre-register.
