Alissa Roath currently serves as the CEO of The National Advanced Mobility Consortium, Inc. (NAMC) and is responsible for overseeing the organization's operations, strategic direction, and fostering key relationships.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to her tenure at NAMC, Ms. Roath contributed to the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS) for eight years, holding various managerial positions, including overseeing the NAMC portfolio. Before joining NCMS, she spent a decade with Westbrook Engineering Company, Inc., a second generation family owned small business, leading their marketing initiatives.
EDUCATION/PERSONAL
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Roath has demonstrated a commitment to advancing the role of women in defense. Since May 2020, she has volunteered in various director roles for the Women in Defense Michigan Chapter Board of Directors, and currently serves as Vice President of the chapter, the largest of its kind in the nation.
With a wealth of experience in process development, project management, grant writing, business administration, talent management, and corporate leadership, Ms. Roath is a respected leader in her field. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Wayne State University.
