The purpose of this RFP is seeking a contractor to provide consulting services for one-off research food and agriculture research requests and build out of a database and/or asset map of food processors, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and producers in Michigan with requisite predefined capabilities and certifications or licenses.
Timeline
- July 29, 2022: RFP release
- August 9, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.: Questions from potential bidders are due via email to contractsandgrants@michigan.org. Please note: The MSF will not respond to questions that are not received by the above date and time. In addition, questions that are phoned, faxed or sent through regular mail will not be accepted.
- August 12, 2022, by close of business: Responses to all qualifying questions are posted here.
- August 22, 2022, at 3:00 p.m.: Electronic versions sent separately of each of your Technical Proposal and Price Proposals due to the MSF via email at contractsandgrants@michigan.org. Proposals will not be accepted via U.S. Mail or any other delivery method.
