Vacant Land to Become Medical/Office Facility, Add 20 Jobs
Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today announced plans for the redevelopment of vacant riverfront property in Saginaw into a new medical care and commercial office facility, made possible by assistance from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. The project is expected to create up to 20 new jobs and retain an additional 150. The developer is expected to invest up to $6 million in the project.
