The next meeting of the Commission for Logistics and Supply Chain Collaboration (Commission) will be a joint meeting with the Port Advisory Committee (Advisory), which will be held at the date, time, and location indicated above. All meetings of the Commission are open to the public and attendance is encouraged.
The purpose of the Commission is to advise state agencies on initiatives to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of supply chain management for businesses. The 10-member commission represents private businesses, transportation, border operators, local economic development agencies and higher education. The Commission was created by PA 76 of 2013. The Advisory Committee is comprised of nine (9) members and makes recommendations to the Michigan Strategic Fund Board regarding projects related to port facilities.
