Pay Grade and Annual Salary: Pay Grade 3 begins at $60,200. Additional consideration may be given based on relevant skills, education, and experience.

The Property Services Administrator serves as the onsite subject matter expert and recognized resource for property and tenant services, carrying out a range of facilities functions at the Michigan Life Science & Innovation Center (MLSIC), on behalf of MLSIC, LLC. This position, in conjunction with those authorized to operate on behalf of MLSIC, LLC, will maintain efficient and smooth operation of the facility, ensuring a safe, clean and functional environment. Creates a ‘first impression’ for customers, tenants, and all other visitors to the MLSIC facility.

Business Unit: Administrative Operations
Supervisor: Dave Wilcox, Property Services Manager
Minimum Education Required:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business administration, facility management, civil engineering or related field, or a journeyman-level license/certification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience Required:
This position requires a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training, in facilities administration and/or lease and facilities management; working in a professional office setting in building and equipment maintenance; and/or experience or certification in the field(s) of HVAC, plumbing or electrical. Experience providing facility management in an industrial and/or life science environment preferred; experience working with hazardous materials (including storage/disposal) preferred.
