Type of Employment: Full-Time
Pay Grade and Annual Salary: Position has option to be filled at either pay grade 5 or 6, depending on preferred candidate’s relevant skills, education, and qualifications. Pay grade 5 begins at $86,625 annually; Pay grade 6 begins at $105,600 annually

The Organizational Development Manager oversees the management of all aspects of organizational development and facilitates the implementation of change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities. The Organizational Development Manager will plan, develop, implement, and administer organizational culture, talent development, employee engagement and retention and training programs for the organization to build human capital and create/enhance a culture of strong employee development. The manager also acts as liaison and advisor to organizational leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.

Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in training and development, organizational behavior/management, industrial/organizational psychology, human resource management, or related; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience Required:
Organizational Development Manager – Pay Grade 5: Four to six years of related experience in the development and implementation of organizational development programming. Significant work experience in one or more of the following disciplines is preferred: employee training and development, organizational structures or design, change management, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development.
Senior Organizational Development Manager – Pay Grade 6: Five to seven years of related experience. Consideration given for the Organization Development Director if candidate has demonstrated ability and/or experience in the following: Proven success implementing and maintaining large organizational initiatives; demonstrated ability to build strategic cross-functional relationships to promote interaction, cooperation, and process improvements; Experience leading or supporting a talent development/succession management process at a small to mid-size company, including creating and tracking development plans for high potential employees; experience identifying, developing, and implementing cultural change initiatives; and leadership and/or experience working directly with management/executive leadership level.
