Pay Grade and Annual Salary: $21.66 - $36.66 Hourly

Come be part of the team as an Operations Program Manager for the Michigan Counsil for Arts and Cultural Affairs.
The Operations Program Manager is responsible for counseling clients regarding project application and/or project management; explaining funding programs and services; matching organizations' needs with state, federal and private funding resources; and providing consultation on clients' organizational practices, including programming, budgets, staffing, marketing and audience development.

Minimum Education Required:
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in any major.
A major in business administration, marketing, advertising, communication, broadcasting, telecommunication, or communication arts, art, arts education, arts and cultural management, cultural studies, fine arts, art history, art therapy is preferred.
Minimum Experience Required:
Departmental Analyst 9
No specific type or amount is required.
Departmental Analyst 10
One year of professional experience.
Departmental Analyst P11
Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
Department Analyst 12
Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experience (P11) level in state service.
Selective Position Requirement: Two years of professional experience in the arts (e.g., dance, music, theater, literature, visual arts, contemporary media work, etc.) or arts and cultural management, including some professional experience developing, monitoring, and implementing a grant or contract program
