2026 Space Innovation Hub

The MEDC is seeking proposals from one or more bidders to establish the Michigan Space Innovation Hub to create and/or harness the requisite infrastructure, resources, and programmatic support to grow the existing Michigan space economy & space industrial base, providing support services to Michigan businesses at all stages/levels, as well as services for promoting professional growth for Michigan workforce and talent, with a statewide level of reach and impact. Physical infrastructure may include (but is not limited to) offices, meeting and collaboration spaces, laboratories, telecommunications, and equipment. It may also provide databases and/or data sets that can be used for the development of analytical tools and other applications. By designing an agile and dynamic Space Innovation Hub construct, Michigan will allow for future growth potential and expanded collaboration with larger space organizations within industry, academia, and government.

Michigan.org Website Development, Hosting and Maintenance

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is for the Michigan Strategic Fund (“MSF”) to secure a vendor for website development, maintenance and hosting of michigan.org with a proven record of creating custom web solutions for the travel industry and extensive knowledge of the Michigan tourism product. The selected vendor will develop a new, cutting-edge website to inspire travelers to visit Michigan, with a requirement to prioritize accessibility and elevate functionality above ADA compliance. The vendor should also excel with search engine optimization and emerging generative engine optimization best practices, utilizing the latest developments in technology while providing a best-in-class visitor experience in functionality and user experience.

Small Business Request for Information

MEDC seeks expert industry guidance through this Request for Information (RFI) for programs, services, and/or investment strategies that foster resilience and growth acceleration for Michigan small businesses. This RFI is not a solicitation for funding or a commitment to issue a future solicitation. It is strictly for informational and planning purposes. Please only submit information related to your area(s) of expertise, in the interest of driving world class resources and support to Michigan small businesses.

The Architecture of Nathan Johnson Historic Resource Survey and Multiple Property Documentation Form

The MSF, through the Michigan State Historic Preservation Office (the “SHPO”), is seeking a contractor to (a) conduct an intensive-level historic resource survey of extant sites designed by Nathan Johnson as identified by research; (b) research and prepare a Historic Context Statement; (c) prepare a Multiple Property Documentation Form for The Architecture of Nathan Johnson; and (d) prepare one National Register of Historic Places nomination for one property, to be determined during the course of the Project by the Contractor, the SHPO, and other interested parties identified by the SHPO. The Project is funded through a 2024 National Park Service Underrepresented Communities grant.
