The Michigan Economic Development Corporation today announced the approval of a $393,000 industrial park loan to the Village of Tekonsha, Calhoun County for the Tekonsha Industrial Park loan project. The loan will be used for the acquisition of approximately 60 acres of property for the development of the Tekonsha Industrial Park. The project is expected to result in the creation of 40 new, full-time jobs."By working together, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the Village of Tekonsha are making a commitment to further fuel Michigan’s booming economy," said Doug Rothwell, president and CEO of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. "This is excellent news for the Village of Tekonsha.
