The Michigan Economic Development Corporation today issued a request for proposals to compose articles and develop content for the MEDC's quarterly publication, the Michigan Business Report (MBR) promoting Michigan as a good place to do business. The MEDC will provide administrative services for the Request for Proposals (RFP) process.
MBR is the MEDC's flagship publication communicating current trends in the business community, economic development programs, legislative initiatives, events and business profiles. Articles are written specifically for Michigan's business community, with the information tailored to their needs. The publication has a circulation of more than 25,000 subscribers.
"The Michigan Business Report is helping to spread the good news about living, working and vacationing in Michigan,"MEDC President and CEO James Epolito said. "News featuring the state's distinctive competitive assets helps the MEDC to attract business to our great state."
The RFP is available online at www.michigan.org/mbrrfp along with specifics of the application process. Proposals must be submitted to the MEDC per the instructions in the RFP no later than 4 p.m. on May 18.
