Winners Will Develop, Executve In-State and National Campaigns
A total of 19 agencies submitted bids in response to the Request for Proposals which was publicly launched on January 5. Preference was given to advertising firms with a significant business presence in Michigan. Upon final approval, the contracts will run from March 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007.
