$19.2 Million to be Invested in Two Mixed-Use Developments
Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today announced two downtown redevelopment projects in Grand Rapids that are expected to create seven new jobs and generate more than $19.2 million in private investment. The projects are a result of brownfield redevelopment assistance provided by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation.
The redevelopments are two of seven economic development projects the Governor announced today. In all, they are expected to create and retain a total of 669 Michigan jobs.
